About Diamonds

THCA diamonds online in Canada

Diamonds are crystals of THCA, the raw form of THC found in cannabis before it's heated. Under the right conditions these crystals grow out of a cannabis extract into chunky, clear rocks that really do look like gems. They're usually sold sitting in a pool of terpene-rich liquid called sauce.

On their own, the crystals have very little smell; the sauce carries the aroma. Together they make a very concentrated product with a big burst of flavour.

How to use diamonds

Diamonds are made for dabbing. Crush a crystal into smaller pieces with a dab tool, scoop up a little sauce with it, and dab at a lower temperature than you might use for shatter so the terpenes don't burn off. An electronic nail makes temperature control much easier.

Since diamonds are among the most concentrated products on the shelf, start with the smallest crumb you can manage and wait before going back for more. You can also sprinkle a few crushed crystals over a bowl of flower.

New to concentrates altogether? Diamonds aren't the easiest place to start. Hash or a vape is a simpler way to learn your limits before you move on to dabs.

How to store diamonds

Keep the jar sealed and upright, somewhere cool and dark. The fridge is ideal if you're keeping it for a while. It's normal for sauce and crystals to separate or shift a little over time; a quick stir with a clean dab tool brings things back together.

When you take a jar out of the fridge, let it come to room temperature before opening so condensation doesn't form inside. And keep it out of reach of kids and pets. Diamonds ship sealed and smell-proof in a plain box, like every GOOII order.

Diamonds questions

What is THCA?

THCA is the form THC takes in the raw plant. When it's heated, for example in a dab, it converts to THC.

Why did my diamonds separate from the sauce?

That's normal. Give it a gentle stir with a clean dab tool and keep the jar upright and cool.

Do diamonds have a smell?

The crystals themselves barely smell at all. The terpene sauce around them is where the aroma lives.
